• Field phone calls by artists, managers and agents regarding entertainment on behalf of your venue.
• Work closely with venue management in choosing entertainers and provide hard copy program updates.
• Negotiate and organise your venue’s media advertising if required.
• Supply one invoice for all entertainment on a weekly account and distribute artist fees.
• Supply artist’s promotional material and posters to venue where available.
• Provide artists with written instructions regarding your venue’s special requirements.
• Maintain open communication with venue management and attend meetings as required.
• Refine the entertainment mix in your venue through reporting and periodic surveillance.
• Deal with “11th hour” artist cancellations at all hours.
